1. Enter some information to search for. You can type in keywords (or a Caving Supplies product code), alternatively select an option from the category or brand list, or use a combination of all three. Use upper or lower case letters

In the keyword field, you can use AND and OR (must be in UPPERCASE) to define your search.

For instance you could enter helmet AND lamp or helmet OR lamp or even helmet AND lamp OR ascender AND petzl.

2. The system will search the catalogue and return a list of matching products.

3. From the list of matching products, click the button for more details or the button to add a product to your shopping basket. (If a product requires you to select a colour or size, the product detail screen will be displayed even if you click the 'buy' button.)

4. Click the button on the menu to review your order at any time.

5. When you've finished shopping, click the 'checkout' option from the shopping cart display, enter your delivery and payment details.

6. You'll be given a unique order reference code and you will also receive an email confirming the details of your order.

Carriage charges*

Each item in our catalogue is assigned a number of carriage units, which equates to the weight of the item. Carriage charges for the UK are as follows:

Note Goods sent by NEP require a signature at the point of delivery. For Inner London delivery there is an additional charge of £0.61

NEP deliveries to some areas attract an additional charge due to higher delivery costs. i.e. Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles Of Scilly, Channel Islands, Other Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands. Prices on application

Delivery Times:
Parcels 1-1000 units are normally despatched by 2nd Class Post (3-5 working days) parcels 1001-2000 units are normally despatched by Royal Mail Parcel Post (3-5 working days) and parcels 2001–30,000 units are normally despatched by NEP Next Day Service

The services quoted above excludes weekends and Public Holidays. Saturday and timed AM delivery is available at higher cost. NEP Next Day service can be requested for any parcel from 1–30,000 units

Should you purchase goods you need to change for an alternative size, or find they are not what you had in mind, simply return the goods unused, post paid, within 21 days, on receipt of which we will exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. All it will cost you is the carriage

New goods found to be faulty or defective within 6 months, or second hand items found to be faulty or defective within 3 months, will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
