Grigri 2. Designed to facilitate belay manoeuvres when lead climbing or top roping. Use with single dynamic 8.9-11mm dia ropes, best used on 9.4-10.3mm dia dynamic ropes. Also doubles as a descender. Aluminium side plates, stainless steel friction plate and cam + reinforced Nylon handle. Wt 185g N.B. It is imperative you understand safety critical equipment and its application before use. When practicing rope techniques it is wise to use a safety rope, in addition to the main rope, rigged in a way that enables anyone in difficulty to be lowered off quickly
